Sausage Casserole |
| No of Servings: 6 Meal Course: Main Course |
| Ingredients: |
- 1 lb. Ground sausage
- 2 pks. Saffron yellow rice
- 1 pk. Dry onion soup mix
- water
|
| How to Cook : |
In a skillet brown sausage and drain. In a large casserole dish, combine rice, soup and amount of water rice packs direct. Stir well. Top with sausage but do not stir.
Cover and bake at 220 for 45 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
